EJ 專業服務的承諾

1.	向學生及家長就學校及課程提供意見：
-	有關學校及課程的費用及所涉及的各種安排細節；
-	申請資格及簽證要求。
2.	向學生及家長提供專業服務及有關資料：
-	根據學校的最新課程資料向學生作最合宜的建議；
-	協助學生填妥有關學校的申請表格；
-	協助學生填妥諸如課程、住宿、醫療保險等表格；
-	根據新西蘭就保障及協助海外學生的專業守則（New Zealand
	Code of Practice for the Pastoral Care of International
	Students）向學生提供所有有關的資料；
-	確定學生收到所有有關文件；
-	確定學生準時完成簽證及校方有關的申請手續；
-	協助學生前往新西蘭及於當地安頓。
3.	向學生及家長提供抵埗後跟進服務：
-	安排接機及前往當地住所；
-	向家長滙報學生安頓情况；
-	就有關跟進提供意見。

1.	Advise on courses and programmes available to overseas students:
-	costs and specific arrangements required of the courses concerned;
-	qualifications and visa requirements.
2.	Provide professional service to students by:
-	advise prospective students of course opportunities according to the most up-to-date school information;
-	assist students to complete relevant documents;
-	assist students with the correct completion of course, accommodation and medical insurance forms as required;
-	provide students with all information required under the New Zealand Code of Practice for the Pastoral Care of International Students;
-	ensure that students receive all necessary documentation conveyed to them;
-	ensure student visas and all other necessary official documentation are secured in time;
-	assist students, as far as is practicable, with travel arrangements to their schools.
3.	Provide a follow-up student support service by:
-	help to facilitate transportation arrangement from airport to homestay;
-	report to parents on study progress;
-	advise parents on necessary further support to students.
